- Providing technical assistance to Field Engineers via telephone and email
- Designing and delivering training courses for new and experienced Field Engineers in product maintenance and fault diagnostics

- Adapted to new technologies and delivery methods to be able to competently deliver training courses to others quickly
- Learned web development basics through MS Front Page to create a portable technical support website to help Field Engineers in identifying part numbers and schematics from imagery of instrumentation and hyperlinked documentation
