Senior Learning Consultant
Part of the Emerging Technologies delivery team, with courses focused on cutting edge software development technologies and practices including JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, Angular) and Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve the required quality targets as set by the Company and determined by delegate evaluations
- To develop and/or deliver bespoke courses as per specific customer requirements
- To develop and/or deliver courses across the QA-authored sector in software development, specialising in:
- Web technologies – PHP, JavaScript (including ES2015+, ReactJS, TypeScript and Angular)
- Java
- Programming Foundations (using Python)
- DevOps – Agile Methodologies, CI/CD, Version Control
- Progressive Web Applications (PWs)
- To take responsibility for developing and maintaining agreed courses
- To maintain an up-to-date skills base through personal development and accreditation activities
- To complete professional certifications as appropriate
- To support Sales and other internal departments with specialist advice and support on an ad-hoc basis
Key Achievements:
- Part of the delivery team for a highly successful series of events at Google Academy teaching developers about PWAs;
- Written, writing or to write courses for the following:
- Introductory PHP
- Developing Web Applications using PHP
- Developing Applications using ReactJS
